I have always done them on muslin and that is what I have cut. I bouglt a whole bolt of medium weight muslin and I also use it for backing on my quilts. I hope this will work with everybody. It is not thinner than the available cream fabric that we have in our Joann's.

I noticed when I was at Hancocks that there are several different "weights" of muslin, some are reallll thin and others are just as thick as the cottons I get. So I would say it would depend on the one you like to use?

Ok, on last set of blocks. I do not know if any time to finish two more sets of Sams, but I have four Sues and 2 Sams right now. Will go in mail tomorrow because mail gone today and have to get the address.

has anyone heard from jennifer i sent my blocks in 2 weeks ago and have not heard if they were received and pm her no response email not read yet hope they are not lost alot of work went into them
