Got home last night after being gone nearly a week. Love my "ugly". In fact it was one of three I could see fitting right in with something in my stash. Sorry no pic today, but it was posted earlier - a sort of African print - bright colors in geometric designs creating stripes. Will have to wait awhile to get started on it though as other priorities beckon just now.

Had a great visit with my Son and his family for Easter. Enjoyed the train ride, but always glad to be back home to my hubby and cats and sewing room! I am posting a picture of my "Ugly" fabric, I have a great project for it! And I think it will turn into a swan, like all fabric should end up!

This is so much fun! I really am amazed that most of us have said we love our new fabric.

I'm working on mine...I am using the same pattern moonrise did, but without the help of a cutie-patootie! Unless she wants to loan me hers, its going to take me a little longer. And my fabric IS ugly and I don't love it! When I am done...its still going to be ugly! But its going to be in a quilt!

Haven't seen an ugly fabric yet - in fact, I wish I had at least a yard or two of each one of them! Makes me feel REALLY bad about the ugly I sent it, it is truly UGLY!
