Permission from Patrice to host/offer the Balloon swap. Will put it on the SWAP section later. Balloons can be of your own design, PP or block as NBQ posted. The one Wilhemina posted(which was so cool) had to be removed from the thread. On the swap page I will post all the guidelines for the swap. And since they aren't due till Sept - join in!!!! It is only 12 blocks ladies - I know.... 12 here and 12 for this one and 12 for that one.......
