    Way to go aurora!

I worked on two WHs this wknd and here are the results of one so far. My DHs is hidden behind the one I may be using for the swap.

Most of the work on this one stars now, basting, quilting, binding.......

Remember this is only a maybe WH. There are other ideas I am working on also.

First I would just like to say welcome to the day!

    The back

    The front

This shows a little of DHs WH in the background. What a funny picture.

    Make tomorrow great.
    peace

EDIT: There is something really screwwwwwwy happening with the QB. I really did not post these pictures repeatedly as they show. So sorry for hogging so much space.
    peace

Just to bring it to your attention-- only 6 weeks left before mailing date!!

Remember to let me know when you are ready to mail.
I'll start the mail list in Oct. probably around the middle of the month unless several are ready before then.

JNCT14, I like the quilting so far. The wind actually looks like it is tossing the blocks around, nice intent. I like it!!!

Each block is a traditional one - the wind one is actually Windblown Squares, the sun is Broken Wheel, the star is Star in a Star and the moon is pieced squares and applique. It came out better than I thought.

It turned out very nice, indeed. I really like the older less known blocks. Unknown to me is that windblown squares and I like it. The quilting on the moon and sun are cool too.
