I have tried adding the borders but it is not the quality I would want to receive in a swap and I'm sure you will want to 'unsew". The embroidery scenes are beautiful toile winter scenes (if I do say so myself) and measure 8 1/2 or 9 1/2 inches. Here are my thoughts. I can send the cut border strips with the blocks so you can add them or I can just withddraw from the swap. I am a stickler for following the rules so if it is decided that I should withdraw it won't hurt my feelings...next time I'll make sure my fabric is large enough so no borders are needed.
I have been trying to muster the courage to write this for a long time and will be relieved when it is finally sent. Mary Ellen

Please send in your blocks and border strips!!!! There are more than enough of us that will be happy to get them. Take care of yourself and I pray that things will get better for you soon.

    Blessings!

What a relief--I thank all who offered to finish the sewing or the "that's o.k. send and I can finish my own" and now that I have the approval of the swap leader it makes it a go!!! Will finish getting it ready for the mail this week. Thank you all so much. As has been said on this board "Quilters are the best."

I have no problem with a block that is not up to size . I know for many different reasons "things" happen and would hate that someone miss the swap for that reason

I have had my embroidery done for a while also- just need to square them up and cut the jump threads
