I think you probably need to re-size them in paint or whatever editing program that you use. 640 x 440 pixels I think is the numbers that are excepted here on the board. So change to pixels and make them 640 by 440 and you should have no problem uploading your pics.

How I resize my pictures is I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Right click on the picture, open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager and you can edit pictures from there....size, color, crop, etc. Very easy. If you use Microsoft Office software, you will have Picture Manager.
