    Peg, thanks so much for the link. I'm pretty sure I'd bookmarked that pattern before; this time I named it so that I won't lose it!

    Red, thanks for confirming that we have nearly 2 months to get the blocks on their way to you. Everybody here is so fast, I was starting to worry that I'd misunderstood!

    Would love to have you join us! It's great fun playing with wintery blocks during the dog days of summer. I've got my first set done -- promise I'll post pics this week. The forecast this week is good old reliable "hot and humid" and rainy all week, so I'll enjoy staying inside and getting my second set done.
