Just finished up the last snowman and will be putting them all in the mail but I boo boo on the mailing I forgot to put another envelope for mailing back. And I have it sealed....I hope you might have extra but if you don't let me know I will send it separately.
    Thanks

Here is my 1st set. It took a little bit of time with those 3 1/2" friendship stars! The block is 6 1/2" by 12 1/2". I did it this way because I got some blocks this size in the Halloween swap and know I am going to make some 3 1/2" blocks to put the quilt together easier. Since we can't make 3 1/2" blocks to send in I made it so you can either keep it this size or separate the border fabric to have 2 pieces that are 3 1/2" x 12 1/2". Does that make sense? Are you guys OK with this? I can easily make the star blocks into a 6 1/2" square if you'd rather.

I have a few padded us mail envelopes that I got to make sure I was prepared just in case. So we are all good lv2sew! Thanks for the heads up! Do you still have the address? Let me know if you need it.

I love the whole idea of friendship blocks as part of our swap blocks oldcatlady. What a good idea. I wouldn't change anything about it, the sizes are perfect. And I appreciate the thought you have put into it.

Whew! Last set, and I'm ready to send. The star part of this block has lots of lovely little Christmas items in it. The block is 12.5 by 12.5". Seems like I used red a lot in my sets. And blue too. But looking through my Christmas stash, I find green was harder to come by as the background fabric. Funny, huh?

Hi girls. I thought I would share a block I made for my quilt when we all get the blocks swapped. This was a pattern I had that I changed into a lighter version from the original gingerbread house. What do you think? Does it need something like a snowman in the foreground?

The second and third pics are a wall hanging/card keeper. I am making this gift from the embroidered blocks I mentioned to you girls earlier in the thread.

OMG, Sandy, I love the house just the way it is. I really like that color way. (It's different.)
