Must say the only thing I did not like about paper piecing a large KS quilt featuring fancy ducks, water and lots of watergrass was removing that vast amount of paper, even in the water area. I had a second quilt cut and thought I would wait a while to give myself a paperbreak and somewhere it is still waiting. Had not thought about it in years. My first and last attempt.
Good news is I have nine 12 1/2 pieced blocks done toward my swap. Doing three more blocks and by then will know if I can do my extra 2 sets of the embroidery blocks or not. Red I only signed up for 2 sets so if I can do the others I will notify you. Bought some new embroidery designs so hopefully you all will get to see them.

Robert and ssnare -- I really like those ice skates. I'm going to be lurking for awhile. I do have some Christmas fabric I'd like to use up but have a line up of things I need to work on first. Awesome blocks so far everybody.
