We have a similar unit in our den. Its called a Mitsubichi Mini Split. We use ours for one room but the units come large enough to support more than one room. The real beauty of the Mini Split is that you don't need to put any duct work in for it to work. We live in an extremely hot and humid area and could never keep the den cool. Its at the end of the run of the A/C duct and a southern exposure so very hard to cool. The Mini Split keeps it cool and comfortable. And we don't have to always cool the whole upstairs with the main A/C. We can just shut the den off and use the Mini Split.

Donna I can understand the colour choice. I found pale yellow curtains at a thrift shop that perfectly fit the windows in my sewing room. When it came time to put on a fresh coat of paint I went with the same buttery yellow.
I love orange too.
