I use Command Strip Velcro to attach my foam insulation/flannel covered design wall. I have moved my wall several times to paint and rearrange and the Velcro comes right off. It does not damage the wall. Couldn’t live without my wall. Good luck!

I also use Command Strip Velcro. They are great!

Me too. I put a large button under the nail so the foam board wouldn't rip. This is what spackle is for..

I “pinned” mine to the wall using used sewing machine needles. They are long enough to go through the thickness of the foam, strong enough, and no unsightly holes in the walls if you decide to move the design wall.

I use 2 foam core sheets against my wall & have 6 command hooks. Two at the left, center & right of the foam core(s). Add more hooks or space them to your liking. I then use heavy string & tie to the 1st command hook, place in front of the board. loop around the middle & then tie at the last hook. I use clear command hooks so when I need to move the foam core- I take the string down & leave the hooks up. Works like a charm.
