I organize every time I find myself searching for things. Seems to work for me.

Remember the guy on Ed Sullivan spinning all those plates??? Well that's me with my craft. I like having a lot of things out for me to look at and play with.

What is going to help me in the short term is belonging to the Monthly Secret Pal Swap on this board. I just love it when I get a secret pal who likes something that I have "plenty" of. I was gifted a great deal of stuff by my mentor and I'll never get to it. I just went through three shelves picking out a particular color and pattern that she likes and I really don't need.

Is it legal to send my secret pal three boxes?

I can imagine how bored you are. I broke my ankle about 5 years ago...luckily it didn’t require surgery but it’s difficult to slow down your pace. I hope you get back to normal quickly...physically and mentally.

Well since I've been confined to my first floor... if everything is/was tidy... I'd be able to send someone to get something for me with an easy description. As it is, I have to give them a general idea or Facetime/Skype to find what I want...
So if it was tidy it would help...
    sigh...

    A brilliant idea.

It reminded me that someone has invented an app for blind people that sighted people volunteer to. The blind person speaks to the sighted person, tells them what they are looking for, and using the camera on the phone is guided to the 'lost' item. Technology at it's best!

Patrice, I don't think that's a good enough excuse. Try again

Using technology to help ... smart lady!
Sending others into a quilters paradise, they are often "lost", as they are not familiar with the terms.

We're always saying how much we like pictures on this forum, they seem to be absent on this thread....
