Happy Mothers Day
#1
Well I have been reading these post for weeks now on my mom's account have seen some things I love, but since today is a special day i would like to wish each of you moms a very Happy Mothers Day. With that said I would like to ask if there is ever a point when your stash is out of control or that one has too much fabric, I ask this because I have been helping mom clean up our shop (yes I said shop). This is about 1000sq feet where we do every craft imaginable but have been stuck on quilting I am going to attach some pics of the shop we just finished straighting it up though there are stil totes of fabric we have not been through and i seem to want more fabric any reason to go shopping for fabric i am ready....LOL I always seem to want to sew after stores close and the closest quilt shop to us is almost an hour away so i feel it is a must to have anything we could want on hand at anytime and even with what we have i stil find myself not having that one piece i am looking for but i understand that happens....LOL I know I am rambling and i apologize for that so for the rest of my story i wanted to give mom something this year that would make her day but i could not come up with anything exciting so i finally decided while we were cleaning that i would takes some pics of the shop and post on here to surprise her today I LOVE YOU MOM can we make a quilt today? Happy Mothers Day Patrina!!!

Oh, wow! Looks like a home sweet home to me. I even like the couch to relax on while thinking through ideas. I have never seen a roll of batting so large and placed in an area where you do not have to keep moving it. Happy Mothers Day!!!

Happy Mothers Day to you and your mom. Looks like there is no need for more fabric. Relax on the sofa and look around, I bet you see the fabric you are looking for. I could get lost in there and never come out. Great pictures, thanks for sharing.

Happy Mother's Day to all. You are so blessed to be able to share your passion with your mom. My mom died 25yrs ago at the age of 41 from colon cancer. I knew how to sew because I used her scraps to make Barbie doll clothes, but I did not share her love of fabric and sewing at that time. I was 23yrs old and thought I knew everything and wanted to conquer the world. Today I share my mom's passion for sewing and fabric, I only wish she was here to enjoy it with me. To all of you who still have your moms, give them a big kiss and hug for me.
