I use pill boxes and a permanent marker to label.

    Default Storage for my feet

I have a Bernina that came with its own storage container but quickly was too small, so I went to Joann's brought a small tackle box with my 50% coupon and labeled and filled it up. I liked to so much I bought a second one for more feet and all my tools and they are great to take to class or have on my sewing table. Also large storage on the top for bigger items. Everything is labeled and easy to find and stays in one place when I round the corners getting to my sewing class on time. I have attached some pictures too.

Interesting, I would never have thought of this. Great idea.

CCCorner, I absolutely LOVE that idea! I have a couple of those plastic containers that came with my larger Bernina that you can hang feet in. I quickly outgrew it and had to pay an arm and a leg for a second. I really don't care for them as they're constantly getting tipped over when I'm working on larger projects.

My smaller travel size Bernina is always packed in it's Tutto case, ready for class. Inside is a smallish zippered case that came with the machine that houses the feet I need when on the go (which really isn't many).

But I'm definitely making a trip to JoAnn's today for one of those bins CCCorner posted and get rid of those useless Bernina boxes.

Right now mine are all jumbled up in one of those small 3 drawer plastic things. We are packing up to move and I will have ,y own sewing room and a place in the basement to work on the vintage machines. My plan is to have everything organized (at least it is a plan!) so these are all good ideas. I like to see what I have so whatever I use will be clear.
