My own space

My own space
After years of having to store my quilting/counted cross stitching stash in tubs in the basement, I finally have my own space. We moved almost two years ago to a house that was 3x the space as our old house and I got my very own room for my quilting/cross stitch stash. I apologize that the photo isn't the best as I took it on my cell phone (no smart phone for me). I plan to take some better photos once everything is exactly the way I want it. This was my first organization so as I use the room things may move. In the mean time, I am thoroughly enjoying my new space.

Good looking room and it's true. As you start working in your space you may change things around a bit. I have to say I like having my ironing board (and I have a extra board) to be able to move it as I need it. I have hardwood floors so it's easy to move around and adjust the position. I like using it to help with any over hang. I'm still rearranging as I go. Love the container storage drawers on caster/wheels. much easier when we have a designated space.

Congrats on your own space. Mine is so important to me. I can't live without a space for my Quilting stuff. Even as we downsize in the next couple of years Hubby knows I need a large room just for the Studio. Luann
