    Default Pegboard Ruler Storage

We bought a new to us home last January and I was fortunate enough to get a very large room in our walk out basement. There are only 3 walls and 2 of them are covered with wonderful shelves perfect for my fabric storage so wall space is limited but I really needed something to store my rulers. I came up with the perfect solution. I have a cutting table that has storage underneath it and it sits in the middle of my room. I measured the back of the cutting table and headed to Home Depot. I had them cut me a piece of peg board that would fit on the back of my cutting table. I painted a Carpenter's Square on it and attached it to the cutting table. I bought a variety of hooks and baskets made specifically for peg boards. Now, my rulers are all together and easily accessible!

Very nice! The back of a sewing room door is another good spot for peg board. You can't use the baskets on the door but short hooks work great for rulers.

Very smart. I may have to steal that idea.

I have had peg board in my quilting studio since the 90s. There is so much you can use it for to get organized. You did a great job storing your rulers!!

Love what you did. Maybe I will add it to my room.
