Yes, ceramic heating would be great where you are. I am in a much warmer climate so the hardwoods would probably not be as cold. But I do like berber. When we carpeted the familyroom/kitchen I couldn't find any berber. I really wanted it and wish I had held out for it. I put in a semiplush and of course, it has multiple spots on it now from foods dropped, muddy shoes, etc. Will look for berber again. it just wears so well. I love your room. I know you are excited to be in there. Thanks for sharing it with all of us.

It looks as if it is almost finished. It is looking very nice and will certainly be a wonderful work area.

Dreams do come true! It's amazing to me that you had a vision of what you're winding up with when I look at your first pictures. You're truly a very practical artist!
