So cool! It's great! I agree with Grammie Sharon! Never mind that I live in PA...it might be a bit of a drive. LOL

Penni 08-13-2013 06:46 AM

Awesome room! Amazing how you organized tour fabric!

bjsmith57 08-18-2013 11:58 AM

Very nice space - thanks for sharing.

DonnaR 08-18-2013 01:52 PM

It looks great. I like an organized space also. The only difference is I sort my fabric by size nor color. I find I use it more when I don't have to keep searching for the right size piece.

duwaklj 10-06-2013 02:10 PM

chickadeee55 10-06-2013 03:25 PM

petmomful 10-11-2013 02:07 PM

This is a fabulously big, organized space. You have a beautiful stash. I just got my baby lock tiara, similar to your long arm, yesterday. Can't wait to play with it.

Metrogirl 11-11-2013 09:27 AM

What size is your cutting mat? Is it custom??

racerh 11-12-2013 07:47 AM

Wow what a great room! I have never seen such a stash of fabric - now I can show my husband that mine is not so much at all....

needles3thread 11-12-2013 08:09 AM

Your space looks wonderful - just right.

franklindixie 11-17-2013 03:40 PM

My cutting table is an old school table my mom salvaged from a school that was closing. The mat is from Joann's. I bought the largest one that comes in two pieces and added the medium size to cover the table. A friend cut a Masonite board big enough to extend over my ikea storage units at the end of the table. We attached the mats with carpet tape. I love my cutting table. It's long enough to cut long borders and I can cut from both sides if I need to. Thanks for asking.

We have a large finished basement. I probably have 700 square feet for my quilt den

wolph33 11-20-2013 12:46 PM

such a great and large space.my 1st house was about 800 sq ft.

Aunt Neicie 11-20-2013 01:34 PM

If I can't have that kind of room, I'm glad a friend from this board can. Beautiful, and thank you for sharing.

knealon7 11-20-2013 01:41 PM

Puts my little spare bedroom sewing room to shame! You're so lucky to have that much space. Real nice.

Carol34446 01-09-2014 02:14 PM

Your so lucky, our house is only 1200sq feet and I have I tiny area or have to pick up every time I am not working and have NO room to set up my two tredles andonly 1 machine at a time. Enjoy and create wonderful things.

Stitch124 01-16-2014 10:39 AM

Good grief! That's insane...you're basement is 1800 sf and my house is 1400 sf. My house could fit into your sewing room! Put a bed in the corner and I'd be renting from you!!!

Beautiful space...amazing!

bfree 01-16-2014 01:46 PM

What an awesome place, it is truly a dream place.

adnil458 01-16-2014 04:51 PM

Holy guacamole! That's some studio. I don't think I've ever seen such a big room. Amazing. And it's just beautiful. I think you should invite us all over to see it in person. I'll bring the chocolate.
