Storing quilting templates
I think I saw this post here but even if it was somewhere else I'm sure all of your brains can help me. I saw a post about storing quilting templates. Right now I have them in Manila envelopes and then in a crate. I have seen people store them in binders but I don't know what they put them in, in the binder. I have page protectors for all my patterns but they don't seem sturdy enough for acrylic templates. Help?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Here's a link to ring belt holders on Amazon:

I do a bit of both. I hang my larger templates and rulers on pegboard. The smaller ones I put on binder rings (they are smaller than the ring belt holders, hold fewer and are therefore less bulky) grouping them by style and size. I hang the binder rings on hooks on the pegboard so everything is in one place.

I store most of mine in flat plastic boxes, some were just too large, but I did buy a large plastic box to fit some of the larger ones in. My boxes have the flip side closures. This works great and keeps them all together. My boxes stack as well. I found some neat plastic boxes and Dollar General store for this.
I also have a medium size box that I put all of my small things I want to take to my quilting group, like my scissors, small meta ruler, extra bobbins, seam ripper, extra attachment feet, etc. things that I don't want t loose and also don't want to take the large storage containers.

I love pizza boxes. My shop is next to a pizza place and I ask for them (they will sell them for very little). I like the medium size (12") for holding blocks while I'm working on a project. Since they are cardboard, they breathe. I write on the edge what is in them and they stack on top of the cabinet. Extras are used for various supplies or patterns.
