    The shop I like is called Kuni Island Fabrics on King Street in Honolulu.

    I talked with a lady today who said that the quilts at Quilt Hawaii have to be small. She thought perhaps 30" wide. What a disappointment. It is so impressive to see the large quilts displayed. Hopefully I can get some photos. Not sure if they allow picture taking. --Linda--

    What island is it on? I have good friend that lives in Hilo! Don't think it's in the budget for me this year, but maybe next! Is it right on the beach? Aloha!

    Aloha, It's on the Big Island at the Waikoloa Marriot. Yes, the hotel is at the beach. --Linda--

    Visiting Hawaii is a big dream of mine. Hopefully someday it will come true but not this year. Have fun & keep us posted

    That's a great little shop! I did a shophop about 3 years ago there and won 9th place prize. Was a HUGE basket of fabric, about 10 yards. Glad I didn't win 8th place prize, that was a pair of scissors lol
