There's a Publix right across the street for whatever else we need or stuff to buy at the last minute....time to go start my stuffed shells shortly. Haven't made them in years but I can taste them already!

LIFE GOT IN THE WAY! Spent the morning at the doc-in-a-box. No infection, just one heck of a head cold. I didn't sleep at all last night and I am in Zombie-land. I didn't feel up to making the trip nor did I want to get anyone else sick.

Hope ya'll had a great time. Any pics?? Any chance of doing this again soon???

It was wonderful I loved getting to talk to all of you. And show-and-tell, well, the quilts were phenomenal! Thanks to everyone for a great time, especially to greenini for putting it all together.

I had a great time today. Enjoyed seeing all the projects. Thanks to greenini for organizing this and to Sarah for letting us meet at Intown Quilters.

Thanks greenini for putting this together. We all had a wonderful time - good food, good friends and lots of quilting goodies! And a big thanks to Intown Quilters for letting us use their classroom and giving us such a generous discount. Can't wait till the next one!

Ditto-----a wonderful event! Can't wait to meet up again. By request, I just posted the Stuffed Shells recipe in the recipes section. It's so easy that it's almost embarrassing to share! :)

There were lots of pics taken and yes, talk of doing it again soon or at least this fall. Probably in a different part of Georgia---maybe Macon or near the coast this time. Hope you feel better soon! Summer colds can be really nasty....

It was nice to see real smiling faces and not avatars of quilts or pets!! Gifts, food, quilts to see, and ladies who speak the same language!! Now that is the way to spend an afternoon!! Here is one of the photos and I'll name no names...just enjoy the beautiful quilts.
