    What: Sale of inventory of fabric and supplies from the Dixie Clothe Shoppe in Milford, Illinois.

    · ~700 bolts of fabric (partial to full) plus many yards of flat goods. Brands include Concord House, MVP, etc.

    · Quilt pieces; fabric squares; men’s ties for quilting; lace; some embroidery supplies; apron and vest patterns; pillow tops; zippers; lots of “I started it, you get to finish it” projects.

    Where: 6011 Sanctuary Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
    Aboite 2 Location
    When: Friday and Saturday, October 14-15.
    9 to 5 both days
    Why: Mom has to close her shop due to health reasons.

    Also a shop in Van Wert,Ohio near by off US 30

    The Country Cupboard,229 S.Washington St,( or US 127)

    Oct 10 to 22nd. 40% off and kits marked and all fixtures must go.

    Sorry to hear of the closings; too far away for us to take advantage of these bargains, but hope some of you do. Thanks for sharing this info.

    I am always sad to hear of quilt shops needing to close, It is like losing a good friend. I wish speedy return to good health for both of these ladies.

    Quilting Carol, my parents are moving to Decatur in 2 weeks. Does this mean there aren't any LQS in the area???

    Oh my, how did I miss this? I'm here in Fort Wayne and very close to Aboite! So sorry to hear about your mother. I hope the sale was a success

    There is one in Decatur,one in Berne,one in Bluffton,Ronoke(near FW) and one in Fort Wayne, We are blessed!!! :thumbup:
