Hi Everyone,

Please have fun at the meet and greet and be sure to take plenty of pictures of the quilt show. We love pictures of all of you for the meet and greet, show and tell and your demonstrations.

I am sorry I won't be able to attend this year. I will be thinking of all of you and have fun!

They had predicted heavy storms and rain today but we've had sunshine and a few showers and windy. But be prepared with an umbrella or head covering in case of rain. It isn't a lot of walking from building to building, because you can drive the short distance if you want to. But then again, it could be a packed parking lot!

Update!! The doors open at 10:00 a.m. for the quilt show!! I don't know how I made that mistake. I am very sorry about that. So give yourself plenty of travel time, it will be raining, according to the weather forecast.

So we will meet at 10:00 at the front door of Founder's Hall where the quilt show will be held. Just drive into the parking lot and you will see the sign that points toward it.

Again, I am very sorry to have given you the wrong time on my earlier posts.

We had a super day!! The quilt show was beautiful. The Meet and Greet was a great success with 17 quiltboard members and guests. Lunch was delicious in our own private room where we had Show and Tell, sewing demo, and plenty of just plain visiting with "new" friends. :mrgreen:
