You are going to love it! Largest quilt show in U.S. and takes up most of Houston Convention Center. Hope you are able to take some classes as well as tour. Have a great time. From a Houstonian "on the road".

Where do you live in League City? I grew up there and went to Newport Elementary, Webster Jr. High and Clear Creek. Lived in subdivision across the highway from Newport (can't remember the name). Great place to grow up in 60's and 70's. Can remember when we had to go to Gulfway to the movies and Pasadena to Sears to find a department store. It has grown exponentially. My sister still lives there but on the other side of the high school.

I'll be there, too. Will look cause I always stop by that booth. Hey Grumpy, I live in Clear Lake. Can you mail me off line? Maybe we can get together.

My sister lives in Pearland and says the quilt show is one of the top most lucrative moneymakers for Houston each year. It's world famous and world-attended.

Start at

and find all kinds of links and information.
