There are two good places to meet: the gift shop where you first go in to buy your ticket, then in the Pavillion where you first enter, there is a cafe area. I'll be going on Friday, so will leave it up to you Saturday goers to decide your meetin' place.

All Saturday attendees: may I suggest the little cafe in the Pavillion as close to 10:00 AM as possible. I've never been to this place, but am hoping it might be warmer than where we purchase tickets.

South of Portland- just north of Salem. The Oregon Gardens are by Silverton which is north of Salem.
