There is a second full kitchen downstairs! We'll be fine! Laurie is right though, the Safeway is about a 1/4 mile.

Oh, I'm sure there is one around there somewhere! I do know there is one in the Chinook Winds casino lobby.

I have an ice chest I can bring if we want to keep any drinks on ice. I just need to know if I should bring it or not.

I think with two refrigerators that we will be fine unless you want to have gallons of drinks to keep cold. I personally am a water drinker.

As of this moment we will need to close the retreat to any more people. The final check for the remaining people goes in the mail as soon as I receive their funds.

My DIL goes in tomorrow to have an inversion (turning the baby) and possibly for induction! I could have a new granddaughter in just a few days! I'm so excited and nervous as well. If the doctor can't get her to turn the right direction it will mean a c-section. Not a great thing but glad that there is an option! Will keep you updated on this...

Will we need to bring tables and chairs since there is only the one 10 foot table and 10 chairs?

    Thanks,

I've never used this house before so I don't really know what the table situation will be. Last year we had a 7 foot table and some set up to sew there and a couple had brought mini tables. We just ate picnic style. It worked pretty well but this year we have double the people so I would say if you have a small table it would be a good bring. I have a TV tray sized one I thought about bringing. Not sure exactly what I'm going to be doing at the moment. Probably trying to finish up my handquilting!

Sure hope everything goes well for your DIL, Karen. Is this one nearby so you can be waiting and available if needed?

My DD/SIL announced on Mother's Day that they are expecting AGAIN!! Due in Sept....a new grandbaby to love just in time for my retirement!
