I believe I've seen it quoted somewhere here on the board that housecleaning comes before quilting only in the dictionary.

I'm so glad you all are coming! I haven't seen you or Sparky since January at my house, I think. Looking forward to seeing you again.

    Keeping my fingers crossed.

Alice, can you please PM me your addy?

Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting some newcomers! Guess I better get to work on finishing a show-and-tell. ;)
Show and tell? Are we supposed to bring a show and tell? Oh man!!!!
Oh Faith, I didn't mean to cause you anxiety.

  If you're comfortable bringing something to show, we'd love to see it. No pressure at all though. We all like to ooh and ahh over anything quilty. But again, this is a very low-key, casual, and exceedingly fun group to be with and I hope you enjoy meeting us. Glad you're coming!!

    It's all good,
I think I'll bring the "Bed of Roses for Mom" quilt I made that a friend quilted for me for a wedding present. It's the only work of mine that I have. I also have a fat quarter or two I can bring as well.
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Oooh, that sounds lovely. I'm hoping to bring my son's quilt I made . . . well, er . . . I'm still making for his birthday last April. Poor guy, he's been sleeping under it for 5 months with the edges glue-basted shut! LOL

    I think I'll take a picture for you :D
DD is getting her first apartment. We are making her clean out her stuff. And that worked into me deciding that I need to swap 3 rooms.
Craft room into a second guest room. (Bought the paint yesterday and starting on that after work.)
DD old room into my new quilting room.
Old quilting room into exercise room-like that will ever get used  But the treadmill and bow-flex will be closer for DH to hang his clothes on

If anyone looked in my windows right now they would be contacting that show they do on hoarders. I even emptied the main guest room closet and it is all in the family room. Goodwill is going to have a nice delivery this week. And since DH will be leaving on his trip- I might sneak in a few of his thing too.
Anyone want to come help? Party at my house
