Default A Quilters' Gathering, Manchester, NH, Nov 1-4

Has anyone been to A Quilters' Gathering in prior years when they were in Nashua? I understand the classes, workshops and lectures are the main attraction (and the selection is truly awesome), but is it worth the trip just for looking at quilts and checking out vendors? Thanks for any help.

I suppose it depends on how far away you are. It's a great show. When it was in Nashua I drove 1 1/2 hours and
thought it was worth the trip. And it's the last (I think) one of the year!

Thanks, it's only about 40 miles away.

I had a chuckle at you answer, ghostrider. Here in the country (population 4,000) I have to drive 40 miles just to see my shadow. Wish I could go see the show but we have too much to catch up on for fall.

crzy4qults-- remember, the show has moved to Manchester this year. It's no longer in Nashua, so add a little
more time to get there. Enjoy!

Yeah well, I'm so country I hate going to Manchester unless I absolutely must. Population here is less than half yours.

Still have to put a binding and sleeve on my entry into Just By Chance category. My sister is finishing the quilting now. I know.....last minute, but it is an odd quilt and great for patients with diabetic neuropathy (sp?) who can't have any heavy covers on them. Title is Testing 1 2 3.
