I'm looking forward to seeing what is considered "outside the box" and "artsy" as that is what I find the most challenging. I hope to learn from Joen Wolfrom. Of course there is always

Going to Quilting in the Desert in Phoenix this year - same time as Road. Enjoy!

I will be going on Thursday, via a bus trip from Palm Desert. We will leave at 8 a.m. and return about 5:30 p.m. The bus trip included the entry to the show. We went this way because we are leaving on a trip to Fresno on Friday. Last year we went all three days. Next year, we will do the same, go for three days. There is usually 7 of us that go for 3 days every other year. I live close so I go for one day to make sure they all get their pin and yardage of the year.

Woohoo! You bet. Will be there Thursday 20th and Friday the 21st. I just hit the halls and look and shop. My wings are a bit clipped due to budget constrainst but even at shows there are good deals. We one time found Hoffman Batik FQs for $1 a piece and also quilt fabric $3-4 a yard. I get a lot of ideas and inspiration. It is an energizing and inspiring experience. This is either my 5 or 6 th time. Have fun!
