Saw your layout for the gig that was rained out and I thought it was fabulous. No idea why this one flopped but was there poor turnout? weather too hot? folks not wanting to spend? not enough vendors? As you mention, poor advertising? Seems to me that something(s) were off kilter and hope you can find out what that was. The effort you already put into it was enormous and there should have been great results! I feel your pain.
