Ladies, I think we have too many topics going on this thread and I for one am getting confused. Can the Silverton Quilt Show be restarted as a separate/new topic?

    Jan:

I am new to the quilting board. My quilt group (14 of us) is scheduled to have a retreat January 13th in Lincoln City at a house that sleeps 21. Wondering if it is the same house (Honalee). It would be great knowing that the house is sufficient for all of us quilters.

JenGaile, it isn't the same house but we'd be interested in he info for next time. Have a great time! It's a perfect time of year for a quilting retreat if you ask me! PM me with the info if you would so we can try a bigger house for our next get together. The group is growing all the time!

    Hi Ladies,

I thought you might like to see what became of the IRR center I brought on our beach retreat. Thanks for sharing all of your ideas for my border. I never made it to Mill End for the variegated green batik, but even so, I think what I added turned out really well.

This belongs to Littlehud. She made the geometric butterfly/purple center. Maryb119 added the corners with the embroidered butterflies. I enclosed the center with the green, then added the Indian Hatchet blocks to create the border.

    Hope you like it!

    Jen
