Hoffman always has gold metallic blenders that "read solid". And I have several of those on order for May/June. I'm hoping to be able to combine those with the Kaufman Holiday Flourish group. I think it's very likely to work!

I like the "Father Christmas" one with the blues in it.

The "Black Tie" fabric is beautiful I might pick up a piece or two but would not use it all.

i love them but i don't buy bundles - i prefer yards so if you order bolts let me know.

i buy at least 3 yards of the fabrics that i like and if the price is right i buy even more then that.

i just purchased 15 yards of a single fabric because the price was right and i really like it.

Would you be stocking the Imperial Collection Linen?

We didn't order the Imperial Collection Linen.

And I did order yardage of some of the Holiday Flourish fabrics, but really did not go for the black. Did choose some of the ivory ones, though. http://www.favoritefabric.com/cgi/co...t_kaufman.html

The items that I ordered, I did so before January 1st, to get a better price on it. And we have had quite a few pre-orders on it. After that is spoken for, I'm not sure whether I will re-order or not. The maker already raised the price 50 cents/yard, and there are rumors of further increases (though they won't say on what collections or if it will be across-the-board). I didn't want for us to have to cross the $9/yard boundary... and yet we have had to, for a couple of collections. (Bundles were already higher-priced but we can afford to get less of a markup on them as they take less handling time than cutting yardage.)

I really like them too. they are very formal and alot of younger people are going for the non traditional colors the last few years. I am not the red/green type more of the jewel tones of burgundy and hunter, I would buy these...

I love them , but my use would be in Quilted clothing. Black and gold Metalics are always popular in clothing.

As someone else said, they are a lovely formal grouping for Christmas. A friend of mine has used them. I would use them. Go for it.
