Thank you all for enthusiastic comments - it was Kathryn (k3n) who started me on these OBWs and she did warn me it would become a habit! And I have seen her latest which is gorgeous - wait till you see that!
They are so much fun to make - do have a go at them.
For fans of the cubes there is a new book appearing in April specifically focussing on them
http://www.amazon.com/One-Block-Wond...3831518&sr=8-1
which I suppose I will HAVE to get, tee hee!

Thanks K - glad I recruited another victim, I mean, CONVERT to the OBW cause! But I must say, you've taken to it like a duck to water and your eye for fabrics to use is far better than mine!
I'm done quilting and binding my latest, the machine part - just have to sew in ends and hand sew binding to the back.
Re the cubes, I had a link somewhere which showed all the pages in the OBW Encore explaining how to do them. I'll see if I can find it. :-D

No probs! I wish I'd seen it before I bought the second book, although it's still worth having for the border and layout ideas - will be interesting to see what new twists she comes up with in the third! :-D
