I made this quilt on a quilting vacation to French Lick Indiana. I saw a picture of a similar quilt so I designed this one on my Quilt Pro program. My girlfriend and I both made this quilt during that vacation. It's a very simple pattern - quick and easy!

Wow, you have lots of cool quilts. You need to put yours quilts on a blog or a storage file online for pictures to share with others.

Wow a quilting vacation. What a concept.. very pretty and you just "whip" these things up on a regular basis. Your a whirlwind at the machine I believe. Whirl yourself over and vacation on my machine.. I have some UFOs that need you!!

Thank you! I bought the border fabric first and my girlfriend hated it, but I loved the colors and matched them up for the rest of the quilt. After it was done, she said she couldn't believe how pretty that "ugly" fabric was in a quilt! LOL We have very different tastes in fabric, but she said she always loves my quilts when they're done. But she makes beautiful quilts too!
