Thanks, Eddie, for posting a pic of this great quilt and explaining how you made it. I have a layer cake of Fig and Plum too and I am happy to see how pretty it all looks made up in a scrappy quilt.

I think you need to take a picture of everyone on Christmas day with all their new quilts you have made!!! How many have you made so far??? And how many do you have left to go???

Warning---I made my in-laws each a quilt for Christmas one year and now every year my mother-in-law says "thank you for the lovely gift, but the quilt you made is still my favorite". You are going to have a tough time topping all these quilts next year!!! You better start planning your encore now!

I need to make 7 quilts for Christmas gifts given my current thinking. This one is #4, so I have 3 more to go. I thought some about "next" Christmas and what expectations are going to be -- we'll see. Depends on whether they've been naughty or nice in 2010. :D

Love the fabrics and great job on the FMQ. You must be a very consciencious quilter to get so much done so quickly and so well.

You're the Man! That's my GS's saying I picked up. You are over half thru your Christmas list & I'm not started yet. Have a great week.
