That is so beautiful, both the piecing and the quilting.

I picked up that pattern at Hancocks of Paducah, but I haven't started it yet, I think it scares me for some reason.

Don't let it scare you! Have you PP before? It really isn't difficult at all. The instructions can be overwhelming if your new to her patterns, but I would cut out all the PP patterns and get them ready to go. If you look at the actual PP patterns you'll be sewing with, it's not complicated. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Have you picked out your fabric yet? Judy Neimeyers website (Quiltworx) has customer quilts posted for each of her patterns if you want to get different ideas for fabrics/color schemes.

That you for the boost, I will give it a try, I really fell in love with this pattern, but no I have not done any pp before. I fell into a burnout and just now wanting to get back to my quilting. I made 6 queen, and 10 full size quilts for xmas in 2008, had them done in the one yr, but that was really to much. Think I was quilting in my sleep.

OMGoodness that was a lot of work for anyone. No wonder you felt burnt out. Glad you are back though and off to a great start too!!
I never tried paper piecing and though I love Jenny Beyers (sorry can't remember the spelling of her name) I find her patterns very intimidating.
