Here's a pic of a quilt I finished that I called "Leather Diamonds" because the browns and blacks of the diamonds remind me of leather. It's made from a layer cake of Moda's "Legacy" collection of fabric, and measures 56" x 68". For the border, backing, and binding, I used matching fabric from the same collection. I did free-motion quilting on it, and the pattern is one I made up myself.

This will be a gift quilt for my brother and his wife for Christmas. Hope they like it!

Beautiful, Eddie. I love the Moda Legacy line....I've almost bought it a few times. Another piece of art, my friend.

Ok Eddie, I just have to say it! "You make me sick!"

Ok, ok, I know it was not nice, but holy cow, how many great, fabulous, gorgeous quilts can one person make?

Your brother will love it. Those colors are phenomenal.

    Great job.

That's a beautiful quilt. Not only do you have sewing/quilting talent and a great eye for color, but you photograph your quilts in the most appealing way. Looks like something from a magazine.
