    My wife does machine embroidery mainly, and makes other small projects, such as bags, etc. So we're able to work in the room at the same time pretty well. My oldest daughter sews as well, so she has a machine in the room, too. There are times when we're all 3 in the room together and we manage to keep from stepping on each other.

    Gorgeous quilt, and I love the scalloped edge. I'd also like to see a tutorial. Some of my quilts had "wavy" edges - but that's another story.

    Eddie - Beautiful quilt. Did you cut your binding on the bias or straight cut?

    I cut it on the bias. It gave it more stretchiness that way and made following the curves easier.
