Thanks a lot, I went to a class once where we made a Posy quilt and I can't remember the full name right now but it was done the same way as the OBW I will order a book when I get back home. Right now I am in a campground in FL. for another month. But it is not warm today. thanks again.

The Four Patch Posy, where you stack 4 layers, cut squares and piece them into a larger square block, like a four patch? The technique is similar. If you can do that, you can do this. It's just the layout that differs with no sashing betwen the blocks. But get one of the books - I believe they're essential not only for the instructions on construction but more importantly for the details on how to design your layout. This makes or breaks the finished quilt IMO. :-D

The photo in the alcove by the Queen is one of our landlord's ancestors, the photo to the right of my hangings is one of the villagers taken at the Millenium. I'm not sure what the other print is, I'll have a look next time I'm there. Armstrong is one of our landlord's ancestor's names - not sure what relation, I think maternal Grandfather. :-D

Those panels are absolutely amazing, K. I've had to go back to them a few times to study the detail. I've said it before, and I really mean it.....I may be older than you, but I want to be just like you when I grow up. I genuflect in your presence.
