I just saw how to do that method. I went to a quilt retreat last weekend and someone shared. Lovely quilt.

Beautiful - Be sure to post a pic after it is quilted. I would never have thought of using eyelet. Very creative.

    I truly love it !
My first grandchild will arrive in Feb 2011 could I make one by then ?
Is there a 'pattern' for something so beautiful or do you just go by what you already know ?
Yes - I think you could make it. It really is easy. I got the idea from a site called Moda Bake Shop. Someone had a tut on how to make pinwheels with fancy scrapbooking paper. Then someone on this site made one. There is a tut on this site on how to make 3D pinwheels. Good luck and have fun!
