Good job! I think I would do it one of 2 ways:
1. No border, black binding.
2. Black flange, followed by another row of blocks
Whatever you do, this will be a greally lively and enjoyable quilt.

IMHO, no borders are needed, unless you want it to be larger. I like the look of 'old-fashioned' that comes from no borders on a scrappy quilt like this.
