Here is the first ever quilt I made
6 week class to make the sampler blocks and assemble the top

I then took another brief class on Machine quilting....
Quilted tons of Practice sandwiches and then took the plunge...

    I LOVED IT!!
    Don't completely LOVE the colors.
I think its the FLoral I dont love
but I am learning to trust my own instincts now

    I hope this works
This should have been the last pics but I was confused
The sunlight on my table that day made the sticthes
show up in the picsures so nicely!

This is the lable I made using T-SHirt Transfer
I LOVE the look of it but I was too stiff
I was in a rush - so I used what I had at home....

I have bought the injet lable paper now
and am anxious to try it out

Thanks So much Twistedsticher - (Love the name by the way)
I loved the whole process - The class was just great
    the teacher was awesome
She made us cookies and tea every week
    a 3 hour class for 6 weeks...
I was proud of myself too for finishing it
many in the class did not...
I dont know how much talent I have
but Passion seems to be filling the bill so I am very happy
We did a block each class and then home work blocks
I chronicled the whole process - block my block on my facebook
picture albums if anyone is interested...
I explained what I was learning under each block...

    Sheila,

You are really good at this!! Thanks for sharing. If you are a computer junkie, you will be printing off a lot of info that is on the Internet about quilting. Join us in chatting too.
