The colour catchers WERE available in most grocery stores last summer/early fall. They no longer carry them, nor does WalMart. I asked at the grocery store and they told me they can no longer get them. I have ordered a case (12boxes) on Amazon.com(the American site). They are a very reasonable price and delivery takes about 10-15 days. They work very well, as, I had that happen to me and I just put the quilt back in the washer with 3 colour catchers and the problem was solved.

So glad you were able to get color out! That happened to me on a applique flower wall hanging - the red flowers bled into the white background. I was devastated! i also managed to get most of it out, but i will be more careful with reds and darker fabrics in the future. Luckily the Shout Color Catchers are available around here

try hydrogen peroxide ... it gets out blood when I prick my finger while hand quilting. I wet a cosmetic pad and gently wet the spot ... rub gently until it totally disappears. Does not leave residue.

Grab-It should take it out. Good luck. Any commercial color grabber does a pretty good job. i had yellow in a Batik that really ran, and it took it all out

A friend of mine told me to use brake cleaning fluid on the spots. She said it saved her white quilt.

There is a product called Color Catcher. It's like a dryer sheet, but you put it in the wash and it catches the loose dyes
