    I like the criss cross layout you used with two of the table runners.

    I have a question though...I looked at one tutorial for this runner and no batting was used. Is that standard for this pattern? Or just that particular tute?

    I've watch 3-4 different videos on 10 minute runners and none of them use batting. I guess its your preference.

    I think if you use batting, it would have to be really quilted so things can set ontop without toppling over. The cross cross pic above is I beleive 2 different runners laying different way. I like it as it gives a different look.
