    last one for the night.. I don't realize how much I keep my foot on the floor when ironing and such.. so dh is telling me "UP WITH THE FOOT !"

    Colleen, your blocks are awesome. I'd like to do one sometime. How are you doing applique? I cant really tell? Are you fusing first and if so what type of fusing? Sorry for all the questions :)

    i am using Shades SoftFuse as suggested by another board member,Eddie.. he is doing one also and Eddie is inspiring me to get out of my comfort zone and try something different. He has posted some of his blocks as well.
    After I get them all fused on I will do machine appliqueing with a small stitch.. that is the part that will really make me pay attention and sit up straight..

    You do need to keep that foot up! Your DH is just trying to help. Humor him. My DH stepped into a ground hornet nest a couple of weeks ago. The ER doc told him to get his feet above his head as much as possible. He never did it. After the first couple of days I quit trying. So, humor him, he'll know that you are cognizant of his care for you.
