May you and your family enjoy a blessed New Year and a very peaceful and joyous Christmas.
The only change that we made was the opening for the neck. The pattern called for 2 1/2" at the top of the opening angled down to 4" at the bottom. We tried them on and found that they were too tight at the neck. We enlarged the opening to 4 1/2" straight down, not angled.

These are great! Thanks for the link and your adjustments. My niece has recently been diagnosed with cancer and will be starting chemo and/or radiation soon. I'm planning to make her a lap quilt and wanted to make a matching shawl type wrap also. This will be perfect!

I'm sorry to hear that she has cancer. I'll keep her in my thoughts. My niece had Hodgkin's lymphoma. She's cured. Make her some type of head covering that matches. She will lose her hair.

What a great idea...this also would be perfect for those in hosptials, or anyone in wheel chairs or those who are in chairs most of the day at home...I also like the idea for using it to go to Football games. Perfect size and easy to carry.
