    Oh wow ... What a prize winner! I love this quilt and the quilting. For a first quilt she really did a wonderful job.

    Beautiful melding of vintage-style fabrics and modern-style quilting. A hundred years from now, I can see this being shown as a perfect snapshot of quilting in 2013.

    This quilt is from Craftsy's Free BOM 2012. You can still sign up and take the class. Like I said, it's free. I made one like it. It's beautiful and the quilting is out of this world!!!

    Totally amazing!! I LOVE THE 30'S fabrics she used and the blocks, and your quilting made it absolutely amazing!! What an heirloom this will be! Would love to see her later quilts if this is her first one!!! Those fabrics make my mouth water!
