    Default 1998 Piecemakers Calendar

    I finally finished this quilt top! I started it in 1999. There have been years that it sat in a box. Machine pieced and hand appliqued. It is 71x71 inches. It's hard to see some of the detail in this shot. There are embellishments of embroidery thread and buttons.

    How fun! It sure is beautiful. I can't say as I remember this one. I have many old peacemaker calendars on my shelves. I have used a few of the blocks but never made the whole quilt. Funny, as a matter of fact I am using a 2006 one for this years calendar in my sewing room. It just happened to fit all of the days perfectly, LOL!
