    Yes, this is a great contrast.. I have made several scrappy log cabins and people rave about them... I put a small red border on mine then a larger piano key border on the outside.

    WOW, it seems everyone is on a log cabin kick, i know i am, i want to do a quilt as u go in reds. Yours is looking great. And its all about what u like.
