1st completed quilt

Very small quilt with lots of mistakes...this was my practice piece on new machine...lots of different stitches on the top...some successful, some not so good...
I should have just used the stitch in the ditch foot (what was I thinking). I'll show other beginner pieces in the next few days.
Good news I am getting better. The fabric strips I used were all cut before I got more proficient with the rotary cutter.
Presently I'm still working on "sacrificial" quilts.

I think you did great for a beginner. And stop stressing because you didn't just stitch in the ditch. The only way to become good at free motion quilting is to do it. (At least that is what many of the members here keep telling me to do-LOL)
